In the research, it was aimed to determine the relationship between the visionary leadership behaviors of the administrators working at various educational levels and the motivation of the teachers. In order to achieve the stated objectives, the relational survey model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used as a method in the research. The population of the research consists of 3451 teachers working at various educational levels in the Iskenderun district of Hatay Province. The sample of the study consists of 280 teachers determined from the population by the "Simple Random Sampling" method. In the research, the "Visionary Leadership Scale" was used to determine the visionary leadership views of the school principals of the teachers and the "Motivation Scale" to determine the motivation of the teachers. Parametric tests were preferred in the data analysis process, since the data collected with the scales showed normal distribution. In the study, it was concluded that teachers' perceptions of visionary leadership and motivation were at the level of "I agree". In addition, in the study, it was determined that there was a high level of positive correlation between teachers' visionary leadership and motivation perceptions. This result was explained as the increased motivation of the teachers as the visionary leadership behaviors exhibited by the school administrators in the school increased.
